He is an experienced professional having ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in Internal control, Direct & indirect Taxation, Business Process Outsourcing and Project Financing Matters. He also assists clients both individuals and corporate in Direct and Indirect Taxation.

Mrs Komal Bajaj Bhotika is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. She has qualified for DISA and Concurrent Audit accreditations.

Immediately after completing Chartered Accountancy in the year 2011 to gain experience of corporate environment she worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers Pvt Ltd.

To give a shape to her ambition she started her individual practice in the field of accountancy, financial consultancy, company compliances and auditing.

When GST was implemented by the government in 2017 she was among the few first practitioners to take up GST as the area of specialization and rendered services to established companies as well as a lot of start-ups to adapt to the latest changes. Similarly was one of the first movers in implementing the overhaul brought about by The Companies Act Amendment in 2013.

Her passion to spread awareness relating financial knowledge, investment, women independence and empowerment drove her to take various seminars and to conduct sessions.

She is using her investment consulting background to spread knowledge on investments, personal finance and private wealth management.

She follows that one cannot seek achievement for ourselves and forget about progress and prosperity for our community ambitions must be broad enough to include the aspirations and needs of others for their sakes and for our own.
